All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A deposit is required to commence work, with progress payments due at predetermined project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction.
While we strive to complete projects within estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly and work to minimize disruptions.
We provide a 2-year warranty on workmanship for all projects. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with details of the issue.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the project or the amount paid by your insurance, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
